Angie Sayer recently joined Accent Property as property manager.
With a solid background in property and estate management, Angie has just completed a move from London to Cambridge. She will be working alongside existing property managers Emma Hood, Angie German, Eva Clarke and Debby Wooding.
The role of a property manager is multi-faceted, overseeing any aspect of the repair, maintenance and refurbishment of a property. What's more, Accent Property's property managers personally and regularly conduct their own property inspections, and keep abreast of current and new legislation. It goes without saying that the entire team is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Accent Property's general manager Sarah Cox points out to landlords: "the knowledge, expertise and qualifications required by a property manager to manage your property correctly are key to your success. Reputation, reliability, resourcefulness and experience also speak volumes in today's climate."
Angie is in agreement: "Accent Property’s personal and proper approach towards lettings and property management here in Cambridge very much appeals to me. I've been made to feel extremely welcome and I'm looking forward to working with both our landlords and tenants alike."
