Accent Property has equalled its record set last year for lets in one month.
June saw the team secure 50 lets on behalf of landlords, through an average of just over three viewings per property.
Accent Property's general manager, Sarah Cox, said: "50 lets matches our previous record set 12 months ago. It's thanks to a huge team effort that we’ve achieved such a super outcome for the month, as well as the fact that we have dedicated lettings negotiators conducting our viewings. This frees up our property managers to work more closely with our landlords and tenants on other aspects of the business, and ensures a quicker transition between tenancies."
Directors Neil Robinson and Stephen Chard were also enthusiatic: "We're finding that experience certainly counts in this current climate of change; our lettings and property management team has a solid reputation here in Cambridge and across the surrounding area, and it's on results like these that it's been built.
"There is currently a high demand for rental property in Cambridge, but we're not complacent; we work hard to ensure we offer the best service we can, to both landlords and tenants alike."
