Accent Property will be once again be vying for awards glory come November with today's news that the Cambridge letting agency has been shortlisted as a finalist in four cateogries at the Negotiator Awards 2010.

The Negotiator Awards 2010, organised in association with The Digital Property Group, FindaProperty.com, Globrix.com and Primelocation.com, is billed as the leading nationwide estate agency awards scheme in the UK; trophies will be presented at a glittering awards ceremony hosted by TV and radio comedian Fred MacAulay, at the Hilton Hotel in London’s Park Lane on Wednesday 10 November.

Part of Chard Robinson Group, Accent Property has been shortlisted along with fellow group company Encore Estate Management, as well as Chard Robinson Group itself; Accent Property is up for Marketing Team of the Year, Green Champion of the Year, Employer of the Year and Independent Letting Agency of the Year, a title it took home at the same event last year. Encore Estate Management, too, is shortlisted for Green Champion of the Year, and will also compete for the Block Manager of the Year crown. Chard Robinson Group received two further nods - one goes to directors Stephen Chard and Neil Robinson for Agency Leaders of the Year, and another to group brand and marketing manager Kristian Turner.
