Accent Property scooped two trophies at this year's Negotiator Awards, held in London on 11th November.

Cambridge's specialist letting agency was crowned both Independent Letting Agency of the Year and Green Champion of the Year at the glittering ceremony which honoured the best estate and letting agents in the UK. Accent Property also made it to the last six as a finalist in the Marketing Team of the Year category.

Top achievers from the world of property sales and lettings descended on The Hilton Park Lane where category winners were announced by the evening’s host, magician and comedian Paul Zenon. Accent Property beat five other shortlisted agencies from across the country to be named Independent Letting Agency of the Year, with the judges citing continued growth, commitment to service excellence and sharp, targeted marketing as the team's key strengths.

The Green Champion of the Year title followed. This year has seen Accent Property invest heavily in green awareness; we've distributed our branded bags for life at corporate events and charity fundraisers, cut our emissions right back thanks to our Accent Property pushbikes, and significantly increased our digital marketing over printed collateral and advertising. We've also introduced recycling and paper-shredding facilities at our head office, as well as launched a tree-planting initiative.

Accent Property's directors, Stephen Chard and Neil Robinson, who collected the trophies alongside general manager Sarah Cox and Debby Wooding, said: "Winning these awards recognises the dedication and professionalism of everyone here at Accent Property and rounds off another excellent year for the team. We're very proud of the service we provide, to both our landlords and tenants alike, and we'll just continue to build on tonight’s successes."
