At the End of Tenancy (Non-Student):

• Check-out Fee: £30.00 per Unfurnished PROPERTY
• Check-out Fee: £45.00 per Furnished PROPERTY
• Property Managers time spent on restoring property if not returned in correct condition @ £25 + VAT per hour

At the End of Tenancy (Student):
