Once you are over the decision making stage and have decided which property you would like to apply for, the application process can begin.

You will need to follow these simple steps:

Stage 1

1. Pay a Reservation Deposit of £200 by either cash or cheque and provide us with copies of 2 forms of ID - one must include a photo (e.g. drivers licence or passport) and the other must contain proof of your current address.  We require proof of ID for each individual to be included in the tenancy.
2. Complete and return the correct type of Application Form e.g. Individual or Company, ensuring that every mandatory box is filled out correctly with as much information as possible.  This will help speed up the referencing process.
3. Agree the start date and duration of the tenancy.

Your forms will be sent to Premier HomeLet for a Full Reference check.  This process usually takes 3 days to complete.

Stage 2

You will receive copies of the tenancy agreements, an initial invoice for rent, deposit and fees and a letter of confirmation of the tenancy. Then you must:

1. Pay the balance on the invoice to be cleared in our account before the start date of the tenancy to avoid any delays.
2. Sign and have witnessed both copies of the tenancy agreement.
3. Return the agreements to us before the start of the tenancy, time permitting, otherwise they can be brought to the move in.
4. Take out a Premier HomeLet tenant insurance policy (we can arrange this for you) or provide proof of an existing policy.

Stage 3

A representative from Accent Property will meet with you at the property at the time of move-in to:

1. Collect signed tenancy agreements (if not already received)
2. Complete and sign the standing order for rent
3. Read utility meters
4. Hand over keys
